I found this book to be both entertaining and useful from the very first page. By the end of the first chapter I had already made changes to my physical fitness regime. The author has a light and fast paced writing style which holds your attention while provide lots of useful information. He also backs up all his information with references and links to the appropriate sources of data. I highly recommend this book for anybody looking to extend their active years.

Great Advice for me

I think this this book was written for someone just like me. I am 67 and not in the best of shape. KaBoomer gave me advice from someone who I can relate to as a fellow KaBoomer. It helped me to figure out my personal stamina zone. It inspired me to get moving every single day. My favorite part of the book is the DOs and DON’Ts to Stamininety. There is so much encouragement in this book. I really need it to get myself moving.
